We brought in four people who actually use AI in financial workflows — not pundits, not headlines. An AI PM building an automated financial analyst, a 20-year investor wiring agents into research, a quant researcher using Claude Code on crypto factor data, and an advisor on the frontier of agentic trading.
The brief to each speaker: skip the hype, show the demo, tell us what actually works today.
Speakers cycled through the front of the room — laptop tethered to the big screen, live demos running, audience leaning in.
Every seat on the couches taken, a back row standing, a tripod-mounted camera at the side for the livestream. The crowd was a mix — equities folks, crypto natives, AI engineers, and a few first-timers who saw it on Luma and showed up.
Q&A between talks ran almost as long as the talks.
Each speaker walked the audience through a real workflow — fetching data, running an agent, evaluating the output, iterating on prompts. Live, not pre-baked.
